Olivia has a lifelong background in caregiving and support. She has worked with youth and young adults in a variety of roles, including as a caregiver in a group home, a behavioural interventionist for neurodivergent individuals, a hippotherapy horse leader, and an activity leader. These experiences have given her a strong foundation in meeting young people with empathy, patience, and trust.

Olivia is passionate about supporting youth in ways that feel safe and paced to their needs, particularly when it comes to processing trauma and building resilience. She integrates creativity, movement, and time outdoors into her sessions, drawing on her background in fine arts to use play, artistic expression, and music as tools for connection.

Outside of her work, Olivia enjoys climbing, backpacking, trail running, foraging, and making art. She also loves preparing plant-based meals and exploring the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest. She brings warmth, presence, and authenticity to her relationships, helping young people feel comfortable to be themselves.
